Mary Lowe serves as a steward to the restaurant industry in seeking opportunities to create career paths for future leaders and fostering a spirit of mentorship. As Vice President of Training & Development, she oversees the strategic vision and implementation of both management and hourly training curriculums for the Southeastern regional brand, Taco Mac.
With nearly two decades of training experience in the restaurant hospitality industry in full-service, casual and upscale-casual concepts, Mary prides herself on creating best-in-class training experiences. Under Mary’s leadership, Taco Mac was the first Metro-Atlanta restaurant concept to pioneer the federally recognized Restaurant Management Apprenticeship Program, committing to 50 apprenticeships in the inaugural year.
Mary also serves on the Board of Directors for the Georgia Restaurant Association (GRA), is an active member of the Council for Hotel & Restaurant Trainers (CHART) and Women’s Foodservice Forum (WFF). She resides in Canton, GA with her husband Bryan and 2 children, Alexis and Lucas.
