2018 Culinary and ProStart Management Championships

Culinary Competition or The Impossible Challenge? High School competitors prepare an upscale 3-course meal in one-hour without electricity or running water, while 20 chefs watch their every move. When they serve the meal to a panel of Master chefs and high-end Executive Chefs, to determine who win best of show and ultimately represent Georgia at the national competition.
ProStart Management Competition or Restaurant Wars? Teams design restaurants from the ground up and present their concepts to a panel of esteemed judges who act as potential investors to determine which concept can stand up to their interrogation.
